Assist in the development and implementation of a strategy and business plan to restructure and stabilize the business.  Directed cost reduction and cash management efforts.

 

ACCUTEC, Milwaukee, WI                                                                                    2000 to 2001

A $30 million privately-held manufacturer of custom metal enclosures for original equipment manufacturers in the electronics industry.

 

      Chief Financial Officer

Assist in the turnaround and stabilization of the business from losses in the previous two years to break-even in 2000.  Worked with the owners to successfully sell the company and assisted in the transition to the new owners.

 

MANU-TRONICS, INC., Kenosha, WI                                                                1989 to 1999

A $75 million privately-held manufacturer of printed circuit assemblies for original equipment manufacturers in the electronics industry.  Company was acquired in 1999.

 

      Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for the overall financial management of the business.  Proactively provide financial analysis and support to maximize the profitability and productivity of operations.  Manage and motivate the finance, accounting and information technology teams to achieve immediate and long-term corporate objectives.
