* Successfully converted the General Ledger and all Sub Ledgers over from a manual system to a fully automated computer system.

* Prepared Federal Tax Returns for 6 subsidiaries and the Parent Corporation and assisted the CFO in the preparation of the Final Consolidated Tax Return.
