·                     Participated in negotiations and due diligence in the purchase of Transcon (now US 1 Industries. Inc.) and other acquisition candidates.

·                     Responsible for SEC filings, 10-K,10-Q, and EDGAR filings.

·                     Designed and developed computer software to replace an AS-400 with a PC based network saving approximately $25,000 per month.  This transition was accomplished in 60 days.

·                     Participated on management team which cut costs by $2 million per year returning the Company to profitability.

·                     Supervised Collections Department.  Designed and implemented computerized system which reduced over 75 days old accounts receivable from $500,000 to $25,000.

·                     Supervise Accounting Function.  Implemented new procedures and systems which improved quality and timeliness of financial statements while cutting costs by 30%.

·                     Negotiated a $3 million dollar asset based lending agreement.

·                     Implemented cash management system using zero based cash accounts tied to a line of credit.

·                     Computerized a system to automatically update book balances for zero balance account activity.
